Uknown illness diagnosis?

You seem to have a lot of different symptoms but a cousin of mine had bad headaches, nausea, stomach pain, fatigue and maybe even the fever part (not positive) and he turned out to be diabetic--he was so sick had to go to the ER for it it got so bad--that is where they found it out and he is great now since getting his diet under control! I hope you're not but it's a simple test--if you continue to have the headahces etc you might check it out Take care :-D
