9-10 week old puppy, food question?

Right, i have a 9week 3 days old dogue de bourdeaux X bull mastiff pup, & when i had my old tyme english bulldog i used to mix raw egg in one meal one day, & sardines in the next and alternate, he loved it and it really helped build him up as he was quite skinny, but just wondering how old should my puppy dogue be before i start to mix her food with raw egg, & sardines ? thanks alot in advance no silly answers you will get reported
