My ears keep popping and crackling and I can not hear very well out of my right ear?

I am 15 years old, my ears have been popping and ringing for a while but just recently about 2-3 days ago the hearing in my right ear is quiet. I have never been to a concert, nor do I listen to loud music. My ears do not hurt, could this be an infection even though my ears dont hurt? Can a doctor do anything to fix this? is it my Eustachian tube?
