I really really need help. It's serious?

Hi. I'm 15 years old. When I feel my , it feels like they have a small ball INSIDE each of them. I wanted to know if this was normal? I'm extremely scared. And if it isn't normal, how are they supposed to feel? Should they be all squishy inside? Please please help me. I'm scared. Idk if I have cancer or what??
