In need of butch, help please?

How do you attract a dominant partner (girl)? I have no problem at all asking a girl out and getting a yes, but by starting the relationship this way always implies I want to be the dominator but really I want to be the receiver, I sorta want a butch but just really don’t like being in charge and all, any suggestions on how to get a butch?
