Is there anyway to find out who the new and up coming models are for?

i think its glamour rock or glamours rock...and free lilly...id really like to see if my sister is lieing like always she says she is doing a shoot for them but she is far from a model she has 2 kids messed up teeth and looks like she is late 30ish idk of any modleing agency that would take her
