Clearly the pup is in control when it comes to your husband and she knows it. The pup is doing normal puppy things and your husband allows it which then just makes you the bad guy. She is testing the dominance chain and hubby is at the bottom if she is him and being aggressive. As she becomes ually mature she will display dominance in a very firm way with him and he will be very sorry he didn't remember this time in her life to show her who is really the dog and who is the human. I do not mean being unduley harsh but to show her what behavior is acceptable and what is not. If you both don't get a handle on her behavior right now you're in for several rough years with this dog. How will you medicate her if she needs it? How will you bathe her? How will you get her to do anything like come to you if there is a dangerous situation you trying to keep her from.(Like eating out of the trash) And on a side note a dog that digs in the trash and is allowed to WILL at some time in their life have frequent gastro-intestinal upsets and/or need surgical intervention to remove a foreign body from the stomach or intestines. Your husband is NOT doing anyone any favors by letting her get away with this behavior, I promise you ! Good Luck!

Dumping my boyfriend because he provokes my anxiety?

hi there. nice to know your growing your own stuff. firstly about the strawberries and tomatoes. do you have any pets? coz male dogs and cats of both genders can be a pain weeing on them. also birds might route around disturbing the roots.wots your weather been doing? secondly. yes let your strawberries do what they want.treat them as annuals coz they wont be as good next year anyway. i always use fish blood and bone this time of year but don't get it on the leaves or flowers , it will burn them. i cant think of anything else.you are doing everything right. i wouldn't bring the straw bs in now unless its forecast really cold and wet. you will have to use your own judgement on that im afraid. but they should be ok outside.the potatoes in pots. put the cow dung {if you must] at the bottom of the pot.personally i wouldn't use manure in pots at all unless it is really mature.{doesn't smell} because i find it is too strong and probably does more harm than good. if you used compost {anything without peet} it would be as good and would also give a bit of drainage. all th rest of your criteria for pots is good.have a go and good luck. i hope that was helpful. pb x

Already started potty training, but what do I do about this?

Now What? Sand/pool?

In order to level the ground underneath a new above ground pool, I had sand brought in & leveled it off. I placed landscap-ing bricks at low end to retain the sand. Now I learn that the mfgr. DOES NOT recommend using sand underneath, because of its instability. Do you have any recomendations? I do not want to go thru removing the sand. The pool is a 12' dia. I have thought of placing plywood on top of sand, but that really doesn't seem right either. I certainly don't want to make concrete using the sand either. Help please. The sand on low end is about 8" deep & approx. 2" deep on shallow end.

Why won't my computer display the taskbar or icons?

Came into work after being off Tuesday and the computer wasn't showing the taskbar or icons... I restarted it and same thing. Just logs on but doesn't bring up the taskbar or desktop icons. after some research I copied explorer.exe from a healthy computer and ran it on the malfunctioning one. My otehr problem is that I can't open folders either. I can access the Internet and other programs whn I hit ctrl-alt-del and run a new task. checked my registry and shell is set to run explorer.exe. I'm running a virus scan with Avast! Antivirus but not holding out much hope. Does anybody have any suggestions?

My iPod mini suddenly stopped holding a charge. Is it done for, or fixable?

I can't pinpoint the loss of charge to any specific thing (I didn't drop it, for example, or damage it otherwise), but it will just not hold any charge anymore. Today, for example, it had a full charge, and in the time it took me to select an artist, a song, and fast forward a little bit, I got the "no power" message and actually watched the battery indicator roll back from full to empty in 3 seconds. Now it will turn on, and says it has 1/4 charge, but won't play and then turns off. I'll definitely take it to an Apple store, but what can I expect? Is it fixable? Or will fixing it cost me more than I spent for the mini in the first place?

Forfeiting Dependent Care / Flex spending amount?

Looks like I have a bit of a problem. I have about 1000 left out of $5000 in my dependent care account for 2007. The last day to claim was apparently March 15, per my health insurance company. I will be going to my sentenceing for a DUI. The prosecutor agreed to give me first time DUI charges no jail time. (hopefully). What happens after sentenceing? 1st home purchase! Credit questions?

I am trying to gain 100% financing to purchase my first home In NC. I applied at my credit union and was approved for 95% financing due to my limited credit history. I do not have any installment payment history. I do have active revoloving credit x5 which I have never been late on but have only have had for 6 months to 1 1/2 yrs. All balances on the card are at or below 50% of the the limit. I am not sure of my credit score but was told by the CU I applied for the loan at that it was not the factor in the approval or non approval of the loan. My question is... what do I need to do to improve my credit history? Why can't my friends be there for me?

They often have large cles and need a quick and effective way to tell people whether or not they suck. And they need to base your progress on something tangible in order to deem you worthy for a diploma, thus worthy of a position in the field of your "expertise". A private college might be able to pull-off your idea, which isn't a bad one, it seems like a clic approach. However, as important as I feel it might be for me or the President of the United States, I don't agree that everyone should be forced to deal with the mes. There are plenty of jobs for introverts.

I closed and shut the trunk and doors. They are both great guns. The A-5 is reliable with lots of upgrades. But spyder are dependable and the MR2 shoots faster (25bps). Also if your going to buy different barrels. I've noticed that spyder threaded barrels are usually cheaper.

My landlord will not plow the parking lot...?

Does anyone know if my landlord is required to plow the parking lot when it snows? I live in CO, and it just snowed about 2 feet this past couple of days, and I haven't been able to get out of the parking lot to go to work. I looked outside last night, and my landlord actually plowed alittle bit, but he plowed all the snow behind my car. So I still was not able to get out. My landlord sucks at fixing things and doing what he is supposed to do. But he only does a certain amount so that he doesn't get into trouble with the laws of CO. Hackberry Gall Psyllids?

I have a hackberry tree right in front of my balcony and in september/october my door screen is COVERED with them, and if I kill them or vac them, others will return as soon as a day is warm. What I noticed is that they tend to love to land on the window/door insect screen (we are talking about a thousand at a time) while only a few land on the actual gl door next to it. So what I'm thinking is, would it be a good idea to remove my insect screen before they become active in sept/october, or will I just make things worse and they will land on the gl door itself and risk going through into the house even more? I'm perplexed by their behavior on why they tend to land on the insect screen in much bigger amounts than on the actual gl door next to it. Now it's too late for this year because I"m not opening my door. But I'm just wondering if anyone has any solution, whatever it may be. Are there screens that allow air to come through but are not the typical insect screen with the fiber line scares? Maybe something like transparent but the wind goes through anyways, maybe they won't like to land on it, but it would still work for ventilation AND preventing insect?

What would you do if it were you?

My husband and I have been married for almost 3 years. I came into the marriage with a lot of debt. We have been doing our best to pay it down over the years but still have about 9k left to pay off. We really want to have kids. Here is the tough thing is he had a vasectomy 10 years ago so we have to either get it reversed or go to a urologist to have a different kind of procedure done. So here is my question. My husband wants to wait until we have completely paid off the debt first, but this might take 3 or 4 years. I really don't want to wait that long. He keeps telling me it will be better in the long run. I just really want to have kids but of course I don't want to be in a huge amount of debt. Would you just wait or try and make it happen now?

Which caliber should i get for 100y+ target/varmint shooting: .204 Ruger or .223 Rem?

Yeah Remingtons AR15 type rifle is nice but it does have 1 disadvantage over the 700 VTR. Its not really a long range rifle. Yes some people have had good results at great distances with the R15 VTR but lets face it. A bolt action rifle is most suited for long distance shots over 200 yards. If most of your shooting will be at 100 yards then I am sure the R15 wont disappoint. For the long distance stuff go with the 700VTR.... By the way - stick with the .223 round. Its a capable cartridge, is less expensive, every sport shop has it and you avoid the johny come lately cartridge syndrome..... It seems like every couple of years some new cartridge comes out -- some get popular and others disappear into obscurity... Besides if you ever want to trade or sell the rifle more potential buyers will want the .223 over the .204 Ruger... .... I dont know about you but no rifle is the end all rifle to own. Buy them both. If your budgets tight then get one now and buy the other at the end of the year.....

There is a guy that I was recently set up with by a friend at work. At the time, I had no idea that this man would turn out to be everything that I have been looking for. I looked on answers to people who previously asked this question. I didn't find what I was looking for. Heck a nightlight you could plug in would be nice too. I just want something I don't have to constantly have to buy batteries for. I don't want to buy a recharger because you would have to plug it up & would defeat the purpose of buying batteries. I have this winnie the pooh projector. It's about 3 years old & still works like a charm but I use it for my twins room. I kind of feel like I've sort of lost 80% of ability to connect with reality or world. also I feel like I kind of lost lots of sense of shame or embarrment. I still don't do lots of things that are improper. but mostly out of memory, not because I really feeling them. I've been like this for very long time. more than 10yrs. I sort think this all started the day after I slept in a room that was worked up with pesticide (liquid form. somebody came in and sprayed all over my room) and room was closed whole time. I remember feeling very dull and emotionless day after. for example, before that day, I studied because I felt it was duty or pressured. but after that day I would study with almost no motivation, I just studied because I remember it's something I have to do. my cognitive fxn seems to be mostly ok. but I became very dull, emotionless, kind of out in the blue sort of person. anyone experience similar case? any doctor knows if this is all due to inhaling too much insecticide chemical? I know inhaling carbon monoxide can make people stupid. am I experiencing mild form of such?

How can I break up with my boyfriend nicely?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over 2 years, but ever since we moved in together, things started going downhill. Manic depressive disorder misdiagnosed? No euphoric episodes.?

My husband says a doctor told him that he was manic depressive when he was a teenager (he is 32 now). I will admit he tends to be "down in the dumps" quite often. However, there are no euphoric episodes. (He kind of reminds me of Eeyore off Winnie the Pooh). He has been on various meds that didn't work. He said Effexor did work...but, I hate for him to get on that as it is extremely difficult to get off of. He has tried Zoloft, Depakote (which seemed to make him more depressed). He is now on Wellbutrin XL....he is starting 450 mg. today...upping the dose from 300. What do you think? Does it sound like manic or something else? He has been this way since he was a teenager....otherwise very level headed...no big mood swings just consitently (and extremely) bummed out. I am curious what others may think about this.

She got even worse and became more demanding. She goes to church on almost every night of the week. She took my sister out of school and decided to 'homeschool' her. My sister cannot have friends unless they are certified Christians so she basically has no friends and can't be around her brothers because we are a 'bad influence'.
