I need help i dont know what it is?!?

okay i went to the doctor to get a pain i was feeling on my right side under my rip cage area. I got blood work done, an xray or my abd. , and an ultra sound of my abd. The doctor called me today and said the test came back fine. But i have a stabbing pain there almost everyday i don't know what to do about it. I know its something because i wouldn't be getting the pain for no reason. When i exercise it makes the pain alot worst. does anyone know what i could do? please help i cant deal with this pain my whole life.
