How many girlfriends does Dr. Conrad Murray have?

He was on the phone with a girlfriend in Texas when Michael Jackson either died or stopped breathing, we know he has one in L.A. that he was staying with (Nicole?) and then there's the one in Las Vegas who wants her child support. Does anyone know: 1) How many (at one time) he has now (or did when Michael died), and 2) how many he has children with?
